It’s Not a Millennial Problem, It’s a People Problem

Millennials aren’t the problem. Everyone’s the problem. There are lazy Millennials out there but there are also lazy bosses. There are unmotivated Millennials out there but there are also unmotivated business heads out there. This isn’t a Millennial problem. This is a people problem. Everyone wants to work in a situation where they are cared about and treated well above anything else, regardless of industry or job function. It’s EVERYONE’s job to create a wanted environment.
