I Hate How People Use the Word Hate

I hate that people hate using the word hate. There’s nothing wrong with using the word hate as long as it’s used appropriately. Hate is an extraordinarily strong emotion. Therefore. It’s a powerful emotion. Therefore it can elicit very powerful action.

So when I say “I hate being hungover”, it might mean “hey, maybe I should drink a little less” and it encourages me not to go out and drink a lot.I If I hate feeling like garbage after eating McDonald’s, maybe I shouldn’t eat nearly as much.

If you hate something it can be an incredible motivator for you to take action to avoid said thing that you hate. So don’t forget hate is a very very good motivator when used appropriately.
