I was thinking about this recently.
Can you imagine if you spent as much time thinking about your personal life as you did your career?
Think about that for a minute.
Imagine you dedicated as much worry, concern, evaluation, effort, you name it, to your family, health, personal relationships, etc etc as you did your career.
No, I mean REALLY think about it.
Like seriously, actually think about it.
Where do you think you’d be right now?
Tell you what. Here’s a challenge.
Do it for one day. That’s all I ask. Just ONE day.
See what happens.
Take a 6-8 hour block of time and just go over EVERYTHING.
What’s going on in your personal life?
What relationships do you want to create, improve, wean yourself away from?
How do you want to FEEL in the coming months?
Try approaching your personal life in the same systematic way you should be approaching your career.
This is foreign to most people and takes some work, but I’m here to help.
