Being Frugal Vs. Making More Money

I’d rather make more money than try to be more frugal. Too many people are focused on being overly frugal and trying to save as much as possible. Listen, I get it. Stashing away money is financially a SMART thing to do, but way too many people are going to ridiculous lengths to do it. Being frugal has its positives & its negatives:

  • More time for things that matter
  • Less stress
  • Always purchasing cheap products
  • Missed opportunities

Life is meant to be enjoyed as much as possible so go out and ENJOY it. I’m not saying to rack up debt to your eyeballs on that lavish, 2 week cruise vacation… But, live within your means. That’s the key to being financially comfortable no matter what income level you are at.
