3. Matt Leinart, Southern Cal


After basically coming out of nowhere, Leinart led the Trojans to back-to-back national titles in both 2004 and 2005, supplanting them amongst the best programs in history. But once he got drafted No. 10 overall in 2006 by the Cardinals, Leinart seemed to lost his Hollywood mojo, becoming nothing more than an overhyped player who never seemed to cut it in the NFL.
