Thank you! I still feel like I am a work in progress, but my body has always been at it’s best when I do my workout 5 days a week! Which is what I’m aiming for now 😉

6. Any plans to expand on Carrie’s Pilates Plus?

I would love to expand my business! I have so many ideas and things I want to do. Products, videos, a beauty bar, apparel- it’s endless. I love to create.

7. What can a guy say to you to get you interested?

Anything genuine! I’m not a fan of egos or sarcasm. I love genuine men who are from the old school.

8. What is your workout regimen consist of?

Right now my workout regimen is doing my workout at Carrie’s Pilates Plus as much as I can, like I said- aiming for 5 days a week (but lately it’s been 2). I also love hiking, yoga, and taking my doggies for walks!

9. How about doing a personal photoshoot in my office? Sorry I couldn’t help myself!


10. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

In 10 years I would love to be relaxing on a beach somewhere! I’m so focused on building my empire right now, it’s hard to allow myself to have too much downtime. So I hope at least in 10 years I can enjoy my success and everything I have been working so hard for.
