BrewDog Sink the Bismarck – ABV: 41%

Sink the Bismark is a beer in which everything has been amplified – look, taste, and alcohol content. The beer  a quadruple IPA possessing four times the hops and four times the bitterness of a typical IPA, and it’s been frozen four times to reach its incredibly high ABV. Sink Bismark is reported to have a spicy aroma and, despites its high alcohol content, apparently goes down very smoothly with a taste of malt, sweet honey, hop oils, and a long-lasting hop bitterness.
