Camera Perfectly Focuses on Shabazz Napier When Lebron is Mentioned at ESPYS

Shabazz Napier

There are a lot of rumors floating out there that since Lerbon James decided to go back to Cleveland, soon-to-be Miami Heat rookie Shabazz Napier, who was the star of the NCAA tournament-winning UConn men’s basketball team, is quite angry at him. All of these alleged claims are exactly why the cameraman at last night ESPYS perfectly focused on Shabazz Napier when Drake talked about and celebrated the fact that Lebron iss going to back the Cavs.

All of these rumors started to swell after Lebron made his big decision last Friday, which people believe is the reason why Shabazz Napier supposedly unfollowed Lebron on Twitter and deleted any and all tweets sent to him. Lebron was allegedly the first member of the Heat to follow Napier on Twitter after he was drafted by the team this year, and he had been of fan of Napier’s since the NCAA tournament, even tweeting back in April that there’s “No way u take another PG in the lottery before Napier.”

Perhaps Lebron’s personal interest in Napier is what reportedly made him so upset over James’ decision to go back to Cleveland. However, when ESPN asked Napier about unfollowing Lebron on Twitter and the deletion of his tweets, he said he knew nothing about it.

“The whole thing about that is I don’t know how to work Twitter yet and I’m not on my Twitter, so I don’t know where that came from,” Napier told ESPN’s James Ham. “I don’t pay attention to it. It gets brought to me by family members, but I don’t pay any attention to it. I just think it’s how it is. Media wants something to bite on.”

Whether the alleged “feud” between Lebron and Napier is real or not, it doesn’t change the fact that, for sheer entertainment purposes, this cameraman was doing a great job of stirring the pot.
