If you’re someone who tends to over think things like me then perhaps an optical illusion isn’t for you.   However, if you look at it in the opposite way, sometimes an optical illusion can be a nice break from a world of thinking too much.   If you allow yourself to get wrapped up in the illusion then you just might enjoy it for what it is:  something really cool.

Getting a tattoo is an experience that’s different for everyone.   I personally have a tiny one on my ankle that didn’t really hurt at all.   Granted there were some stings here and there but overall it was a decent experience.  However, that was on my ankle.  It’s not like a got an arm sleeve, something on my back, foot, or even stomach area.

It’s those areas where a tattoo can really sting.   How you react is obviously up to you but I figured it would be funny for you guys to see how some people react to tough area tattoos.

It’s a great moment when it’s done right.   It’s a moment that signifies togetherness.  It’s a moment that means “yeah!” and “kickass!”   It’s a moment that simply unifies all of us.  It’s the high five.    The high five has been around in sports and everyday life for ages and it will most likely always be around.

What’s great about the high five is that as much as it can be awesome, at the same time it can provide for high comedy and make people feel like jackasses when not executed properly.

At times we live in a sick and cruel world where the level of compassion we humans show for each other is at a level of pathetic that I can’t even measure.  And yet somehow when tragedy occurs we then see amazing stories of courage and unity that remind us that being human is pretty awesome.

However, you’d be amazed at what the animal kingdom is capable of at a chain right below ours.   Animals show plenty of compassion for other animals.  We just don’t see it all that often because we love to watch animals kill each other on National Geographic.

I’m surprised I haven’t come across this web series before but I’m glad I just did.  Man Teen is a series for guys in their late twenties to mid thirties and basically centers around the issues that all of us face.   Namely growing up and having to put up with society at the age we are but not necessarily liking it.

Think “The League” but obviously shortened into web episodes.   The acting isn’t as good but the subject matter is.  Like in this episode our Man Teen tricks his buddies into going into his mobile strip club.  Oh how I wish this were real life.

Also, you can help these guys fund season two by being nice!

It seems that both myself and Fingo seem to find ourselves bitching about college from time to time.  And it’s not that we bitch about it in a negative way either.   It’s that we long for those times again.   Thankfully now that I’m in my 30s and have a ton more to worry about I don’t get into too many ruts thinking about it.

However, once in a while I’ll ruminate and it’ll depress me to hell.   I’m very happy with my life right now but let’s face it, college is a one time thing.   A time you’ll never forget, never get back, and always realize will be one of the top times of your life.   At least it was for me.

We’ve all been there.   We could be in the middle of eating and it just pops out.   We could be in the middle of an uncontrollable laugh and one just slips out.   It can happen at any time and there’s not much we can do about it.  Let’s not be embarrassed folks.  Everyone farts and everyone has had a moment where people know that you farted.

It’s just that you really don’t want to be on live television when it happens.  Unfortunately for these announcers, it happened to them.

Every year or so a dance movement seems to hit the nation.   Remember way back in the day the Macarena?  Hell in the 90s we saw the Humpty Dance.    People love to catch on to funny and simply dance crazes.   Thankfully in the age of the internet we get to see people doing these dances in a private setting and set that privacy status to public through Youtube and other outlets.

The latest dance craze that’s still get massive hits?  The Dougie.  The Dougie has been sweeping the nation for over 5 years now.  Yes, 5 years.   And since Kate Upton recently did her rendition it’s gotten back into favor.   So we decided to find some other funny Dougie dancers.

Oh and by the way here’s the literal definition and origin of The Dougie from Wikipedia

The Dougie is a hip-hop dance generally performed by moving one’s body in a shimmy style and passing a hand through or near the hair on one’s own head. There is no defined way to perform the Dougie, and each individual performs with his or her own variation. Rapper Corey Fowler, nicknamed Smoove, of Cali Swag District said, “Everybody does it different…The way you do it defines you.” The dance first originated in Dallas, Texas, where it took its name from similar moves performed by 1980s rapper Doug E. Fresh. In 2007, Dallas rapper Lil’ Wil triggered the movement with his hit “My Dougie.”

It’s amazing how only 10 years can make a huge difference in one’s life.   A decade ago I actually cared how fast I could chug a beer.   A decade ago I was actually able to party until the wee hours of the morning and the do it all the next day.   A decade ago nothing really mattered.

Today?  Today life throws me curves every single day.  Today I can’t party like I used to nor do I want to.  Today I’m having a tough time simply making it through today.   However, I did come across these pretty interesting beer chugging videos that make me long for those old days.

What’s your shaving routine?  Personally I’m a shave in the shower kind of a guy.   But for many youths out there, they don’t know their asses from their elbows.   Thankfully Gillette put this little video together to show the idiots out there proper from on shaving.   It’s not that you guys are dumb or anything.  It’s just that no one has actually sat down and taught you the proper way to shave.

Personally I think that the razor and the type of shaving cream you use is key.   But there’s certainly more to it than that.   Good luck Gents, and don’t cut yourselves.
