10 Actresses Who Can Probably Play Sports Well

Published by Natty under Movies,Sports

Athletic Actresses

I’m not going to lie.  This is far and away one of the most annoying lists I’ve ever had to assemble.  And the reason it was hard is because I didn’t simply take women from sports movies.  I mean, yes, I did, however you have to understand I left out a ton of them.

And I did it for a reason.  This is a list of actresses who can probably play sports well.   That included the ability to play more than one sport and look coordinated while doing so.  So bottom line, if an actress looks and throws like a girl, she’s probably not on this list.

Again, coordination plays a big factor here, so women like Hilary Swank and Geena Davis are out.   Put it this way, if the girl throws like you would with your opposite hand, then she’s not on this list.

10 of the Greatest Con Artist Movies

Published by Natty under Entertainment,Movies

Con Movies

I happen to love movies with twists.  And what better a movie than one that involves con artists?  This wasn’t the easiest list to assemble simply because it would appear that there are tons of these movies out there.

However, there is a big difference between movies that are about cons and robberies (like Usual Suspects or Inside Man or Oceans Eleven) and movies that specifically focus on con artists or grifting.

So here are, in no particular order, 10 of the great con artist movies

*Don’t worry, there are no spoilers here.

The 20 Most Badass Fictional Movie Gangsters

Published by Natty under Movies

Mean

Movie gangster or real gangster, it’s always been an allure for us in the public.  Why?   I think it’s pretty simple really.  We’re always intrigued by people who don’t follow the rules.  It doesn’t mean that we’ll go out and be gangsters, but for a couple hours we can imagine what a life like that might be like.

And when the directors and actors get it right, you actually root for these criminals.  And these guys take form in all shapes and sizes, country of origin, and most importantly, willing to do anything and everything for their cause.

You won’t find anything from Goodfellas in here.  These are the most 20 badasses fictional movie gangsters

6 Classic Masturbation Scenes in Comedy Movies

Published by Natty under Movies

Mary

Oh what can I say about masturbation?  It’s by far one of the most important things in my life.  And there’s just so much you can do with it isn’t there?  I mean you can be serious about it, laugh about it, even cry about it.  And I think that laughing definitely ranks up there in terms of uses for the topic of masturbation.

And some movies out there really capture that laughter quite well.  There’s just something amazing about the topic of getting caught masturbating, the actual act of masturbating and even the shameful aftermath of masturbating.

Here are 6 classic masturbation scenes in comedy movies.

The Five Best Fictional Movie Baseball Coaches

Published by Natty under Movies,Sports

Coaches

You’d be surprised how many baseball movies there are out there.  And in all honesty most of them are pretty crappy.  I think one of the main reasons is that they don’t seem to capture the “whole” picture.  There may be a couple of flashy players that are entertaining.  Perhaps a hot girl enters the mix.

But if you want a great movie.  You need all the characters including the coach.  One of my favorite baseball movies, Major League, was on yesterday.  I couldn’t help but to realize how amazing Lou Brown was.  When you think about it, it’s pretty easy to just toss in a coach into any movie, let alone one about our favorite past time.  So when you can easily identify with and understand how awesome the coach is, it makes a baseball movie that much better.

Here are my picks for the five best fictional movie baseball coaches.

One of the Best Scenes in the History of Cinema: Nicole Eggert Dances in Blown Away

Published by Natty under Movies

For anyone who’s seen the movie Blown Away with Tommy Lee Jones, obviously you don’t know your movies.  This Blown Away is the true and only Blown Away in my eyes.

This is by far the hottest Nicole Eggert’s ever been and the awesomest the two Corey’s have ever been.  P.S. how was this movie not rated NC-17?  You see Eggert completely naked and getting oral stimulation from Corey Haim.

How as an actor can you not get completely infatuated with Eggert after making a flick like this?  I would basically kill myself if I didn’t get to experience real life Eggert for at least a little while after shooting was done.

10 Actors I Can Appreciate for their Athletic Coordination

Published by Natty under Movies,Sports

Athletic Actors

Last night I was watching Teen Wolf and with all due respect, it really pissed me off watching the basketball scenes… at least without the stunt guy who played the wolf.  No offense to Michael J. Fox or his teammates but come on.  When you have scenes where they flip out and cheer because they make a foul shot in the league championship, it’s kind of sad.

The only actor in that movie who knew how to shoot a basketball was the guy with red hair on the Beavers.  I mean even Mick, the bad guy, had zero clue how to shoot a layup.  I don’t know about you guys but I just can’t stand that stuff.   Nothing is more annoying than sports scenes with guys who clearly can’t play sports.

That’s why I always appreciate an actor who has coordination.  I mean is it so hard to cast a person who actually looks like they know how to play a sport?  I guess it is.

In any event, here are 10 actors who are athletically coordinated

From Now on When I Get Angry This is What I’m Doing

Published by Natty under Entertainment,Movies

I mean Kevin Bacon really got it right in Footloose.  When life is bringing you down and everything seems to be going wrong, get a beer, take your car to an abandoned warehouse and dance it up!

10 Great Vintage Miller Lite Commercials

Published by Natty under Entertainment,Movies

Miller Lite

Miller Lite commercials have been a staple on television for nearly 40 years now.  The evolution has been excellent but the campaign has always remained the same:  Less Filling vs. Taste Great.  It’s impressive that they’ve stuck with that slogan the entire time and yet find new ways to promote it.

In the 70′s and 80′s it was mostly athletes.  In the 90′s you started seeing more actors and real bar scenes.  Now?  Now it’s the man’s league that has taken over.  And I think John McGinley has done a nice job.

But here’s to all the classic Miller Lite Commercials.  Enjoy
