The cheerleading in Mexico is more or less the same as what we have here only a few elements are changed.   The first one is that the outfits are slightly racier than the ones our American girls have.  And two?  These girls seem to act way more pornstar like.   I’m serious.

There’s a lot more teasing and bending over type stuff.  It’s almost like these girls are auditioning for a part or something.  My only desire at this point is to go see these girls live.

Now I can’t say I like Hockey.  In fact I have no clue if Hockey is even going on right now.   Doesn’t the season end and preseason begin within like a month of each other?  That’s besides the point.  The point is that over the summer NHL cheering squads were gearing up for the season by adding and subtracting to their rosters.

One of if not my favorite teams, The Nashville Predators took their dancing very seriously.   I managed to capture some lovely auditioning pics as well as adding some choice photos of their pro squadron.

If you want to get your football fix on you might want to check out the Tampa Bay Storm.  Sure it’s not the NFL but it would appear that their dance squadron is more than willing to take awesome pictures with kids.

Take this little awesome guy Adam for example.   Dude managed to get in like 8 photos with these lovely ladies.  Oh and by the way some of them are Hooters waitresses also.   What a great team.  What a great city.   What greatness.

It’s been a long time but I was thinking that a cricket cheerleading post was definitely overdue.   For those of you who don’t know how popular cricket it, you should.   It’s becoming one of the most widely attended sports in the world.

Of course it hasn’t really gotten much acclaim here in the U.S. yet but perhaps the fact that there are cheerleaders involved might help.   Take these girls for example.  They’re from the Northants Steelbacks and they mean business.

While the NBA continues to wonder whether or not it will have a full season or even a season at all that doesn’t mean that certain members of NBA teams aren’t working.   Take for example the gorgeous cheerleaders that bring smiles to male fans all across the country.

Earlier this summer it appears that a bunch of New York and New Jersey’s finest were gutting it out to be members of the New York Knicks city dancers.   There were over 400 candidates and only 22 girls won.

It’s been a year since the last cheerleader convention was held and believe me it was worth the wait.  About a month ago the 2011 PRO convention was held.   Just in case you don’t know what it is, the P-R-O Convention is the premier professional cheerleading and dance convention. Held annually in Atlanta, Georgia, P-R-O features instructors from NFL, NBA, MLS, and the WPFL. Professional cheerleading squads and dance teams came from all over the country to attend the two day event.

And of course some lucky folks get access.   This year the guys at Ultimate Cheerleaders went down there and got some amazing shots of the event.

God knows it’s not because of the lockout situation and thinking that NFL players might defect there.  It’s because of one team:  The Richmond Raiders.   Please have a look see at their cheering squad.

Given how hot this small squad is,  no wonder they are known as the Extreme Dance Team.   In their sixth season supporting the IFL’s Bloomington Extreme indoor football franchise these girls know how to give it their all.

The dedication of the squad starts at the top with Stacy, who has been running the Extreme Dance Team since the inception of the franchise.  And other than that, I don’t have much to say.   I think the photos will speak for themselves.

The Milwaukee Bucks Energee! dance team recently returned from a trip to Madrid as part of the NBA 5 United Tour.  They capped a five day whirlwind of appearances, dancing, autograph signing, and sight-seeing by performing at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu. It’s home to Real Madrid, and one of the most famous soccer venues in the world.

So without further interruption may we bring you the actual photos from the trip.  Oh and not to mention a few more just to round out the gallery.  At least someone in the NBA is working right now right?
