4. Any Browns or Raiders Head Coach
We really hate crapping on a team and city that we call our own like Cleveland, but the proof is in the pudding with this one—they’ve struck out on every single hire since coming back into the league in 1999—though current head man Rob Chudzinski has shown promise. Regardless, both the Raiders and Browns have struggled with finding the right person to run their franchises from the sideline. Sure, one could mention Oakland going to the Super Bowl in 2002—losing to the Buccaneers—but that doesn’t make up for their hiring of six different coaches in the 11 years since that championship game appearance. OK we like John Madden though.
