So I guess this is like a more advanced version of dog sitting? Essentially, in South Africa, people are hired to simply watch ostriches and make sure that they don’t harm or kill each other. That’s it, that’s your job – just keeping these crazy-looking birds in line. I feel like it sounds a lot easier than it probably is. I can imagine ostrich babysitting actually being one of the most difficult jobs on this list. One thing is for certain, though: it’s definitely one of the weirdest jobs you can find anywhere in the world right now.
