Gender Equality Consultant

This is a profession that, as far as I know, is only found in Sweden, and requires those who take it on as their profession to “ensure that stereotypical gender norms are not enforced.” I know that’s a vague description, but that’s really all I got. I’m not sure if these consultants are like a special task force that goes around the country, making sure that men don’t control women under their patriarchal tyranny, or if they are simply individuals who constantly try to remind others to “subvert the gender binary” whenever possible. This job actually sounds perfect for one my friend from college (she was a Gender Studies minor).
