TCU Fan Wears T-Shirt With Double Meaning to College World Series Game

TCU Fan

A TCU fan stood out in the crowd at the College World Series by wearing a t-shirt that supported his team but could also most definitely have a double meaning. If you look at the photo above, I don’t think you need me to do much explaining. It’s quite obvious that while this guy wanted to cheer on the Horned Frogs (TCU’s team name) while also being a little clever and funny at the same time.

Typically, I’m not a fan of these types of shirts. I had a more tame one back when I was thirteen that read “I Love the Ladies” with a hand on the front holding up four queens. (It was back during my big World Series of Poker phase, where my brother and I would constantly play cards together almost every night of the week until he robbed me blind by making us gamble every game.) Since buying that shirt, however, I always thought the double entendre-type of t-shirts were kind of a little immature.

However, this guy’s shirt is just too good for me to dismiss. My college teams never had names like the TCU Horned Frogs. I went to Saint Joseph’s University, and we’re the SJU Hawks. (THE HAWK WILL NEVER DIE! – we chant that at any and all sporting events, especially basketball games against Villanova.)  However, if I had gone to a school like TCU or USC , with their teams being the “Trojans,” I would totally have been making cheesy jokes and puns about the sports teams’ names like it was my job. To be honest, I probably would have an entire collection of t-shirts like this TCU fan is wearing.
