Five Things The Miami Heat Should Not Do in the Offseason

Miami Heat Fans Gather To Watch NBA Finals

Remain complacent with Bosh/Anderson as their “big man”

This may not be at the top of every Miami Heat fan’s priority list, but one possibility that the Heat should consider is acquiring a real starting center for their team. Chris Bosh and Anderson both can fit into the 5-position nicely for the Heat throughout the game, but neither is a true center. It may be time for Heat to upgrade from Udonis Haslem, who has seen his playing time diminish to only about 14 minutes per game. A legitimate center could provide the Heat with better match-ups down the line and would allow them to diversify their starting lineup from game to game.
