Bill Murray Crashes Couple’s Engagement Photo

What if you were taking photographs with your fiance, and all of sudden, Bill Murray just showed up and wanted to get in the picture with you? Well, that happened to Ashley Donald and Erik Rogers in Charleston, South Carolina, as the couple we’re having a photo shoot for pictures to celebrate their engagement, a photo shoot that Bill Murray ended up crashing.

The news of this first broke on Tuesday when photographer Rahel Gauba of Fia Forever Wedding Photography posted the image of Murray and the couple to Facebook with the caption “Get an engagement photo with Bill Murray… Check!” Gauba says that as she was trying to get a photo of Donald and Rogers together, Murray walked up behind her with his shirt pulled up, patting his stomach in an attempt to make the couple laugh. Gauba didn’t know why Donald and Rogers had such shocked looks on their faces at first, but eventually, the couple got Gauba to turn around and see Murray for herself. After talking with him for a couple of moments, Gauba asked Murray if he wouldn’t mind taking a photo with Donald and Rogers, and he very kindly said yes, making everyone’s day.

This isn’t the first wedding related event that Murray has crashed in Charleston. Only just last month, he crashed a bachelor party, where he gave a speech to the guys in attendance, telling them, “”If you have someone that you think is The One, don’t just sort of think in your ordinary mind, ‘Okay, let’s pick a date. Let’s plan this and make a party and get married. Take that person and travel around the world. Buy a plane ticket for the two of you to travel all around the world, and go to places that are hard to go to and hard to get out of. And if when you come back to JFK, when you land in JFK, and you’re still in love with that person, get married at the airport.”

While Ashley Donald and Erik Rogers didn’t get a speech like that, I’m sure they’re perfectly happy with a picture.
