“Bohemian Rhapsody” – Queen
The most popular theory about what “Bohemian Rhapsody” is truly about is that the song focuses on Freddie Mercury’s struggle with AIDS. However, this is most likely not true. The AIDS epidemic of the early 1980s occurred years after Queen had finished writing and recording “Bohemian Rhapsody.” Additionally, while most members of the band have been intentionally vague about the meaning of the song when they have been asked over the years, Freddie Mercury once said that the lyrics to “Bohemian Rhapsody” were just “random rhyming nonsense” that were written because they fit to the music.
