While we normally give you either a snarky article or an informational one about athletes or sports each day, we figured that last weekend was so epic in sports, that we just had to try and hope that the next few days will live up to it for an encore.
It’s doubtful we’ll see another finish like we saw during the “Iron Bowl” between Alabama and Auburn—though we can hope, right?—or that the rest of college football’s games will turn the season upside down as it did just a few days ago, but there are some other things in sports that we think you should be aware of.
These are just a few of the top headlines to make sure you don’t miss out on.
6. Kobe Bryant’s Return, Sunday
We know, in a rather meaningless game against the Toronto Raptors, the stage isn’t exactly set for this to be something completely epic—and we imagine Kobe won’t be playing many minutes anyway—but still, it’s Kobe Bryant, back on the basketball court.
Even the biggest “Black Mamba” fans have to admit to themselves that they’re interested in seeing what he’s got—which, knowing Kobe, is probably something that will blow all of our minds.
