We may or may not have mentioned the fact that we took a little side job up in the great city of Seattle a week or so ago.
And while we love the Emerald City and everything it has to offer—except the rain, of course—one thing we’ve had a tough time doing since being here is finding the right apartment for ourselves.
Anyone who has ever spent countless hours searching Craigslist and visiting houses of complete strangers knows just how frustrating this can be—and these are the worst things about having to do it.
6. False Advertising
Have you ever looked at a place online and thought that it was absolutely perfect for you, only to go see it in person and realize that it looks nothing like the pictures that helped you want it in the first place?
No? Well you’re in luck then.
Over the course of the past week, we’ve come across a handful of these places, making us want to punch the person posting it online right in the face for wasting our time.
