Earlier this month, we made the “adult” decision to finally move out of a house with three other dudes in it and make the leap towards finally getting our own place.
While it was a tough decision, it’s one that we’re just now starting to get used to.
Whether due to the fact we finally have some financial flexibility after all that we paid to do it, or just because we no longer have a packed crib every night, it’s still a little new.
What’s not new is just how bad the move actually was, which is what we’re going to tell you about today.
7. Renting a Truck
It’s no secret that most people sign a lease that starts or ends at beginning of a new month.
When that happens, it typically means you’re looking all over the place to actually find a truck to rent and move all that giant stuff you have, probably won’t use in your new place and realize that you’re frustrated as hell because the hundreds of bucks you’re about to spend on a truck could have been put towards a deposit.
