One of the best parts for some kids growing-up is the option of playing organized sports.
Making great friends, building unity and dealing with losing is something that every kid seems to take away from games.
That’s all fine and dandy, but not everything is as smooth as you probably remember—and these are just a few things that sucked about playing sports as a kid.
6. Being a Glorified Cheerleader
It’s never fun being the one kid who shows up to the game, enthusiastic about playing, just hoping for the chance to get in there, only to find that the head coach doesn’t even think enough of you to put your name on the list to play more than just a few minutes—which is usually in garbage time.
Sports is supposed to be fun when younger, but a good way to hate them is when this happens.
