If you’ve read any of our stuff here before, you know that, for whatever reason, we get invited to a lot of weddings.
With so many nuptials to go to, we naturally get a plus-one on more than just a few of them, meaning we need to carefully decide which lucky lady can join us for free drinks and nonstop dancing.
But be careful when choosing who you want to have come with, because there are some things they can do to reflect poorly on you, and these are a few of them.
6. Swear Like a Sailor in Front of Relatives
Guests at weddings are almost always assumed to be absolutely tanked out of their minds, but that doesn’t mean that they need to start letting all the booze go to their head—or in this case, their tongue.
When talking to people you know, go ahead and act like yourself and crack jokes.
But when you’re a guest talking to the parents of the bride, the last thing you want to be doing is dropping drunken F-bombs and slurring your words about how crappy the food was.
