Although we’re not actually one of these types of guys (honestly), we know plenty of our buddies are.
Wondering what they need to eat after a workout or to help get the nutrients, vitamins and other crap in order to “get the most out of their workout,” guys have suddenly become such sissies with what they put in their body because they’re nervous with what it might do.
Bro, you just spent two hours running and lifting in the gym, we’re pretty sure you can settle for a few slices of pizza and a solid IPA tonight without freaking out your v-neck will look too tight on you.
