Look, we don’t inspire to be one of those, “here’s how to be happy all the time” type of people, but when you’ve had a rough couple days, weeks or yes, even months, sometimes it’s necessary to just look at yourself in the mirror and make a change with yourself to help get you through it all.
Whether it’s feeling bad about yourself financially, physically, dealing with relationships or all the above, here are six ways you need to stop for a second and change things around for yourself.
6. Go Shopping
We know that this is typically something that chicks do on the reg to blow off some stress, but if you’ve ever just walked through a mall when you’re a little on edge you probably know that you can get in a better mood.
Of course the parking lot sucks when trying to actually find a spot, but once you get by that, people watching and just being somewhere you typically don’t go will help ease your mind.
