With a quarter of the 2013 NFL season already complete, we’re not going to beat around the bush on what’s been the most surprising things so far.
Sure, seeing the Giants sitting at 0-4 might be weird, but there are a ton more headlines that should be talked about.
So without further ado, here are those that have caught us completely off-guard.
8. Justin Houston
Many of you might not recognize the third-year player for the Chiefs, but seeing how he leads the NFL with 7.5 sacks, you might want to take some notice.
Entering the season with a combined 15.5 sacks in his first two campaigns, Houston seems to have turned the corner towards becoming a more consistent pass rusher with the addition of Andy Reid and defensive coordinator, Bob Sutton.
Who knows if he’ll stay atop the sack stats, but if he does, hopefully he gets some praise.
