Before every season, we spend a good amount of time trying to figure out who the best first, second, third and yes, even our last pick for our fantasy football team should be.
After seeing our team go 2-2 in the first four weeks, we’re still not sure if the guys we went with were the greatest of choices or not, but we have a pretty good idea who might have been a little overhyped before the season started.
We took the projection of Yahoo! Sports to determine who are the worst names to see on your roster, so here are eight guys that we really hope you don’t still have in your starting lineup, otherwise, you might be in big trouble.
8. Danny Amendola, WR (Patriots)
Projection: 36 Actual: 2088
We hate to rub it in for all you owners who were too stubborn to listen, but we told you so.
While Amendola was supposed to come to New England and be the answer in the slot for the loss of Wes Welker to the Broncos, he hasn’t been on the field to prove it.
Though you thought he justified the pick on him with his Week 1 performance when he caught 10 balls for 104 yards, the groin injury that has kept him out since has suddenly brought you back to earth.
It was never a question about his ability, but rather his durability.
