As we recently told you, anyone who runs a marathon is crazy enough. But if you actually decide that it’s your thing, than here are the absolutely worst parts about the grueling, multi-hour event.
Hope you packed some band-aids and carbed up, because this is everything you’re going to hateâ€”well, besides the whole 26.2 mile thing.
All right. So you’ve decided to go nuts and run a full-marathon with some of your buddies.
Now that you’ve made up your mind, it’s time to get to work.
Kiss those Thursday and Friday nights of boozing and late-night Taco Bell goodbye, and say hello to a lot of re-runs on Netflix, because for the next six months or so, Saturday will become your most hated day, because that’s the day, each weekend, that you’ll continue to add mileage to your training schedule.
