While we often talk about which teams have made an impact on their sport because of their greatness, we rarely flip the script and ever put the teams that have been less than impressive on blast.
But that’s what we’re doing today, giving you six teams that have failed to live up to expectations in the past ten years.
Cheering for any one of these teams probably causes quite the headaches, so we show you some serious sympathy.
6. Buffalo Bills
It’s hard to think that a team that completely owned the ’90s after going to four Super Bowls have fallen on such hard times, but such is the case for the Bills, who haven’t sniffed the playoffs since 1999—which also happened to be the “Music City Miracle” game, so that’s some salt in a wound.
With a new head coach again this year, a rookie quarterback who has already had knee surgery before even playing a regular season game and an undrafted, rookie free agent filling in and starting the first game of the season, we’re not so sure the Bills don’t have the worst team in the NFL this year.
