We all have them, but we just hate that we can’t stop ourselves from doing them.
Bad habits aren’t necessarily things that stress us out or make others hate usâ€”most of the timeâ€”but they’re annoying as all hell and hopefully things that we can try and limit the best we can.
Since they happen though, here are our choices for some of the worst you can find yourself stuck doing.
6. Drinking On The Job
Look, smoking and binge drinking might be worse, but for those who can’t make it through a day of work without sucking back on Grandpa’s cough medicine, you should probably be a bit concernedâ€”or change careers.
Sitting at a desk all day definitely blows, but instead of spiking that coffee with some whisky, try getting outside for 10-15 minutes a couple times a day.
It might add up to a half-hour of down time, but it will let you breath and not turn to the bottle.
