With the economy as crappy as it is, this person isn’t the 22-year-old like they used to be, but more than likely a mid-20′s, former waiter.
They come in excited as hell to finally get the chance to be in a “real job” and share their millions of ideas to change the company.
Zero experience and a ton of energy quickly turns into complaining about how they’re opinion isn’t heard or they hate their boss within six months, leaving them with the always exciting event of applying to jobs in their spare time.
