Unless you pull that Tom Cruise and the scene from Risky Business, being amongst wall-to-wall people doesn’t sound much like fun for a slam sesh.

Chances are you’d have to do this in a bathroom—which you’ll hear why that’s a no-no—but even if you found a way to sneak back into the kitchen or in a Manager’s office, assuming you don’t work there, you’ll be so worried about getting caught that it will be fast and very unfurious.
