7. An Email From Your Boss

Anytime you see something in your inbox addressed from your boss, your stomach probably drops a little bit.

And the problem is, while it can certainly be good or bad news, it always seems to be the latter, reminding you of something you either did wrong, the importance of a major project you’re under deadline for, or that the department will be making cuts and you’re pay will be decreasing.
