8. Mark Rypien – Redskins

Before there were guys like Brad Johnson and Trent Dilfer, there was Rypien who, though he made a couple Pro Bowls and earned a Super Bowl MVP, averaged a pultry 10+ TD passes per year over the course of his 11-year career.

Seems to us he just has a good team around him, while catching fire over a three-year span in his Super Bowl years.
