8. Andrea Bargnani, Raptors
After being selected with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft, it’s pretty clear Bargnani isn’t anything more than a Robin to another stars’ Batman.
The Raptors will probably ask for a ton (hindering a trade), but the dude can shoot and would be ideal on a squad like the Lakers who could use a spark for their second unit, or another scorer on the wing.
