Not that any of you would know but the NPC (National Physique Committee) is known for having bodybuilding and fitness competitions all around the country.   Both men and women aspiring to be the best bodies in the world compete in a series of contests that include dancing, posing, and even bikini wearing.

It’s that last part I want you to pay attention to.  Last month in Dallas there was an amateur competition held and these were some of the contestants.
