Shamrock Shakes

People have been arguing for years that McDonald’s puts these on the menu year-round, but let’s stop and think about why they would never do that.

One. They hype in itself has to warrant millions in sales during the short timeframe these little green guys are available. Think they’d want to give that up for fear the shake would become stale once it’s available all the time? Nope.

Two. The name itself associates it with St. Patty’s Day. So even though your buddies can’t wait to dress in Scottish skirts and drink green beer all day, other people are looking forward to scooping themselves some a tasty green shake.

Three. Our country would be even fatter than it already is. Like seriously, people would refer to the McDonald’s shake like they do air—they’d need it to survive.
