Best: New Year’s Resolutions
Go ahead and make yourself feel good by setting a goal and trying to stick with it. While it’s obviously difficult to give up something or make time to get more involved with things, it’s rewarding if and when you can keep it up.
More than just your resolution though are the ones other people make. Namely the whole “getting in shape” thing.
It sucks to see the gym overcrowded until mid-February, but if it means more attractive girls running and stretching in those dman yoga pants, well we’ll completely encourage people to stick with following through on their promise to themselves.
