Sometimes you have no choice but to remove the bad egg from the salad entirely. Whether you do this by locking Dick in a bathroom, or sending him to go get pizza is entirely up to you.

Sure, his safety might be in jeopardy if you release him into the outside world, but at least he’s not your problem anymore. Let society deal with his drunk ass.
