Anyone know anything important going on in the world today? Oh, that’s right, Hurricane Sandy’s rolling into the East Coast, sweeping over anything that comes in its way, and creating some seriously cool looking pics.

With the storm coming into cities like Atlantic City and New York, life’s been pretty much shut down, and some lucky people are enjoying a couple additional days off from work.

Since we live here in the South, we’re more than just a little jealous, so it made us think about what we’d do in similar circumstances. Typically when we get a day off, it consists of either sleeping off a cold all day, or enjoying some beer during a national holiday, but with power going out, and the weather being sh*tty, some might be pondering what to do with the extra downtime. I pray to God that as you are reading this that my house is still OK.  I pray that my electricity is still on (which it’s probably not).   I pray that everyone in the towns surrounding me are alright and that Hurricane Sandy didn’t do nearly as much damage as many of the forecasters had predicted.

Thousands of people in the United Arab Emirates gathered in Dubai for the city’s first-ever Water Balloon Bash on the second day of Eid Al Adha. More than 6,000 people came together Saturday at Zabeel Park for the 3-minute water balloon war, Gulf News reported. Participants were divided into two teams and given 200,000 colorful water balloons to hurl at each other. Some people in the crowd got rowdy but organizers and security, including Dubai Police, were present to manage the crowd.

I’m feeling this one. Dubai may have hit a home run with the world’s biggest water balloon fight. Hang out with your buddies before the fight, have some beers, then go to war. Sprinkle in a couple chicks in white shirts and you may have a great day. Dubai way ahead of the world right now.

The Portfolio

Sports fans just always have to voice their opinions, don’t they? From commenting on blog articles, to literally getting into fights over their favorite players or team’s, we think it’s time for some people to just take it a little easy with their love.

One thing that we know won’t be going away anytime soon are sports signs though. Since the beginning of sports time, we’ve seen fans haul in the most obnxious posterboard they can find, with some clever, witty, or ridiculously dumb saying on it.

After a weekend full of partying, we figured we’d keep the damn thing going by giving you beautiful Czech model, Petra Cubonova. Now if this girl looks familiar, you might recognize her from your dreams because, well, let’s face it, she’s every single dude’s perfect girl.

It was a very unhappy meal for a British man named Ronald McDonald who admitted to violating a restraining order when he followed his wife into a McDonald’s restaurant.This is Kent reports that the restraining order was issued against McDonald after he allegedly assaulted his wife and another woman. McDonald was given an 86-day sentence for violating the restraining order and is forbidden from contacting his wife for three years.

This is one of those once in a lifetime occurrences. I had no choice but to post it. Take the number of men named Ronald McDonald in the world. The odds of that number of people  ‘commiting a crime’ in an actual McDonald’s restaurant – see where I’m going with this. Alright, the story isn’t that cool after all.. We gotta get better tomorrow..

We all know the saying, “You are what you eat,” but can the same be said for what you’re drinking every night too? We think so, so we figured it’d be best to tell you that the mixed drink you’re sipping on isn’t exactly the manliest thing you could have chosen.
