Despite the risks of getting sick or more likely dirty, we continue to use things around the house over and over again without even thinking about it.Â Personally I think it’s because if we’re not getting sick then who cares?Â But alas, it is kind of disgusting when you think about it.Â I mean there are so many tiny little bacteria that we don’t know about that we’re basically walking on day after day.
And you’d be surprised how quickly that stuff forms.Â Usually it’s within 24 hrs so it’s best to be clean.

Changing the sponge in the sink
Seriously folks.Â How often do you really change the sponge in your sink.Â Sponges are one of if not the biggest bacteria picker uppers on the planet.Â I read that you should change your sponge every 2 days at MOST.Â Yeah, I do it like once a month.Â Did you know sponges are dish washer safe?Â Might as well clean them every couple of days.
