The photo above — unretouched, as you’ll see below — is from the Arnold Classic Europe, a fitness expo/competition held this past weekend and started by none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger himself. The Governator, as you may know, got his start in bodybuilding, and he’s always preached fitness and exercise, even in its most bizarre versions.

I must have seen this picture about 30 times yesterday. I didn’t want to post it, I didn’t need to post it….. then it went bezerk. The photo has gone viral people.
