Fall television is upon us folks.  It’s a time for us to sit on our asses and absorb as much entertainment as we possibly can. I mean Sundays I’ll be watching football all day but during the week? That’s when it’s time to catch up on all the sitcoms and cable comedies that you missed.
That’s why I feel it’s necessary to share with you some comedies that I think are still holding up and are worth a gander.
Check out the list after the jump…..
It’s not really about fantasy football anymore but the show just keeps getting more and more out of hand and I love it. Taco is just one step away from insanity. The amount of sex in this show is enough to keep your eyes glued.  And who the hell knows what kind of trouble this gang is going to be getting into.  It’s so worth a try so give it a go folks.
The Big Bang Theory
This is the kind of show where you’re either in or you’re out. It’s that simple.   At this point I’m too far invested to just stop watching. Plus now we’ve got two Emmy award nominees.  Granted Parsons still carries the show but come on. Walowitz and Raj are amazing. I pretty much don’t care about Penny or Leonard at this point.
Parks and Recreation
This show basically replaced The Office for me about three years ago and I don’t think it’s lost any steam at all. Ron Swanson is one of the best characters in the history of television and Rob Lowe is absolutely hilarious on that show.  If you haven’t seen it then you’re really missing something.
It’s a staple on TV and it’s still funny. I mean that’s all there really is to say about it.  The writers are still managing to keep it interesting and the acting is still good enough to make me laugh.  This is usually the time for the show to start to get boring but they’re keeping on.
Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Sure it’s not nearly as good at it was 4 or 5 years ago but so what? It’s still better than 95% of television so I’ll take it. Plus any time I see Danny Devito do something physical I have to laugh.
Life’s Too Short
I don’t think it’s going to come out until 2013 but I can’t wait for it to.  The first season was absolutely incredible.  As long as you don’t let the whole “little person being made fun of” thing get to you (which obviously Warwick Davis doesn’t) then you’re going to laugh your ass off.
Hey it’s not nearly as good as it used to be but I guess you could say I’m loyal.
