People can get pretty picky about their meat. They shun Taco Bell – though we have no idea why? They buy organic crap that’s grown locally. They’re even willing to drop some serious dough to butcher their own cow and stock their fridge up.
But just because the summer’s coming to a close, doesn’t mean the BBQ has to stop. It’s obvious most people won’t be cooking out as much because the weather gets a little cooler, and the days are shorter, we offer a couple suggestions you can do with your meat. And while your parents said to never play with your food, we say, “screw them,” because this sh*t is cool!
