Honestly I don’t think I knew who Victoria Justice was before this year.  Can you blame me?  I’m over 30 and I don’t watch MTV.   However she’s got a real Minka Kelly, Rachel Bilson, and Selena Gomez type thing going on so that can’t be ignored.  Hope we see more of her soon.
