Chelsea Giligan is one fine piece of ace! You kind of have to be if you’re able to hold off all the talent that’s in California, which is exactly what she did after winning Miss California a couple years ago. She’s since gone on to tease us with some acting roles, which just makes us want her just a little bit more.

We admit that we’ve got a serious weak spot for brown hair, cinnamon-skinned ladies. It’s something about that dark complexion that just makes us think of something exotic. After looking at these pics, you’ll probably become a little weak in the knees yourself.
