One of the biggest culprits of stress is an erratic sleep pattern.Â Â Do your best to go to sleep and wake up at the same time every single day.Â And yes, do it on weekends too.Â Sometimes sleeping in has an adverse effect on you.Â Â The more your body acts as a “machine” with regard to sleep the better your engine will run.
