Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat

I think I liked him because he reminded me of Bruce Lee.   But from what I remember Steamboat was way too nice a guy.   Still though, he always seemed to be in really long lasting matches that kicked ass.

The Junkyard Dog

If I were to ask anyone about who their favorite 80s wrestlers were, 90% would mention The Junkyard Dog.  Hell he walked out to “Another One Bites the Dust.”  How awesome is that?  Plus his big ass chain?   Guy was awesome.   I wonder what the hell he’s up to these days.

Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart

No one could mess with that beard.  No one.  Screw the Hart’s or Greg Valentine.   Jim was where it was at.

Ravishing Rick Rude

Look, let’s face it.  The dude had the most ripped body of any professional wrestler and it was really funny to watch how much he adored it.   I mean come on, it’s funny.

Rowdy Roddy Piper

I think if Piper’s Pit were on today it might be one of the best shows on television.  In fact, I have no idea why MTV doesn’t just pick it up right now.
