This isn’t normally the sort of thing we’d feature, but when a trailer is this awesome, it’s hard not to notice! The Hunger Games is an amazing series of books about kids fighting to the death in order to win food for their people.

The new trailer gives you a brief overview of the plot. No killing is shown per se, but it’s a cool first look at the movie, which promises to be pretty awesome.

You would think that a Japanese man dressed as a woman (or is it the other way around?) wouldn’t be able to chug a beer this quickly, but this seriously is impressive.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone down a beer that fast. You would think the laws of physics would prevent it, but somehow it disappears in an instant.

It’s on every guy’s list for stuff they like in a woman:  toughness.  I’m not saying that we as men want women that can literally take us in a fight but I think that deep down every man wants a woman that’s got some of that badass flavor to her.

So while not all women possess this flavor, if you put them in a picture where they are holding a weapon?  It at least creates that illusion.  And frankly that’s more than enough for me to go on.

In today’s world, arcade games aren’t quite necessary.   The stuff you see on home systems is more than adequate in terms of quenching any video game playing desires you might have.  And while arcade games still offer better quality and playing conditions, the discrepancy isn’t as big as it used to be.

Back in the 80s, arcade games were WAY better than their home system counterparts so going to the arcade was like an event.  The game there were like an experience.

For me?  It was these 10 games that seriously kicked ass…..

OK so I generally think it’s a little insane when pet owners treat their pets better than some of their human counterparts.  Then again some pets probably deserve better treatment so I guess I can let that slide.

When you see a dog house that can rival your own home?  Yup, that I have a problem with.   But creatively grooming your dog?  Apparently in Britain and the US it’s a new crazy to paint your dog in stupid colors and basically make your dog look completely idiotic.   I highly doubt the dogs approve.   Not cool people.  Not cool.

If you’re looking at Mayra Veronica what is the first thing that comes to your mind?  I can tell you that for me it’s the word “booty.”  And while I know she’s got a great one of those it’s just more the whole Cuban sexy thing.  I just think booty.  I don’t know what else to say.

I’m not sure how anyone can dislike Justin Timberlake. The man can sing, dance, act and is an all-around good guy as well. If you needed explicit evidence of that last  point, you’ll be touched to hear this story about how Timberlake accepted an invitation to go to a Marine Corps ball with a female marine, and actually followed through on it. He went this weekend, and had a great time.

He said, “I’ve always been very vocal about my support of our Armed Forces. I’ve always felt like they offered us the opportunity to live our lives freely without the fear that so many other nations have to endure still to this day. And, they do it without asking for anything in return. I had this very feeling walking into this dinner.”

Of his date De Santis, Timberlake noted, “She seemed to me to be so humble and honest… Very cool. She also simultaneously seemed like she was nervous about the whole evening and if I was going to enjoy myself… It’s not every day that I meet a 23 year old girl and she’s more worried about if I’m having fun or if I’m comfortable! It hit me all of a sudden that these were the type of people that look after us and our freedom… Humble, concerned for others before themselves… This was the type of person our Marine Corps was building. I was really blown away.”

Really cool to see him stepping up to the plate and honoring our troops. A good role model for the kids and all that. Wonder if he’ll play a soldier in his next movie now?
