There is no end to the amount of weird crap coming out of Japan, but we love them for it. Their latest strange invention is in this video, which is liquid-solid hybrid candy that is one the strangest things I’ve seen.

You mix it with liquid, and it turns into a kind of candy stretch bacon looking thing that you can eat. Why you’d do this instead of just buying normal solid candy, I have no idea, but it makes for an interesting science project I guess.
